Every great race begins long before the start line and often requires sustained effort over long periods. PLASMAIDE supports your training and competition by providing the necessary support to keep you going strong from start to finish.
BUILD PHASE
(Typically 4–6 weeks, or however long your build lasts)
GOAL: Support recovery while training volume rises.
DAILY:
- 1 sachet every day
- Easy / short days: Take it 45 min before bed.
- Long easy sessions: Take it 30 min before the start of the training session.
adaptation PHASE
(Typically 4–6 weeks of the hardest training)
GOAL: Natural adaptation. Keep Plasmaide targeted.
USE SPARINGLY:
- Do NOT take Plasmaide nightly
- Take only before your highest intensity sessions, ~30–45 min pre-session.
- Usually 1–2 sachets per week
TAPER Phase
(~10 days before race day)
GOAL: Maximise recovery and race-readiness.
NIGHTLY:
- Take 1 sachet every night, 45 min before bed.
