Shipping in the United Kingdom

• Standard shipping time is 2–4 business days, and the cost is £5.99
• Free shipping on orders over £70.00

Shipping in the European Union

All EU orders are dispatched from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Shipping costs are calculated with your location and order value. You'll see the exact cost at checkout.

• Orders in the EU are typically delivered in 2–8 business days
• Free shipping on orders over €80.00

International Shipping (outside of the European Union)

We currently only ship to Norway and Switzerland.

The customer is solely responsible for all import duties, taxes, and VAT. PLASMAIDE does not cover these charges, which must be paid upon delivery.

Shipping in Australia

We offer the following shipping options for orders. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirming your shipment and your tracking number.

• Standard shipping time is 5 - 7 business days
• Priority shipping time is 2 - 3 business days
• Free shipping on orders over $80.00 AUD

For orders to Australia please note that we do not deliver to PO BOXES, Locked Bags or Parcel Lockers.

Shipping in New Zealand

We offer the following shipping options for orders:

• Standard shipping time is 10 - 14 business days
• Priority shipping time is 5 - 7 business days
• Free shipping on orders from $80.00 AUD

For orders to New Zealand please note that we do not deliver to PO BOXES, Locked Bags or Parcel Lockers.

Shipping in the United States

• Standard Shipping time is 5 - 7 business days
• Express Shipping time is 2 business days.
• Free Shipping on orders over $80.00 USD

Billing and Delivery Address

Your delivery address can be different from your billing address. However, we recommend using the same address for your first order to avoid any delays. 

Holidays

Orders will not be delivered on holidays. Orders placed on a holiday will be collected from our warehouse the following non-holiday day.
